Spike is about passions and beliefs – a love for tasty liquids and a deep desire to create.

Spike started as a hobby in 2015. We were the first taproom in the city and our brewery and taproom are situated in Slakthuset (Gothenburg’s old slaughter house), one of the main cultural and gastronomic centres in the city.

We do stuff our way and constantly try to push the boundaries of craft beer. Innovation, experimentation and collaboration are our prime markers.
