Ol’ Iron Bastard
A brutish-tasting pine-smelling old-school-bittered Ol' Iron Bastard American Strong Ale, in collaboration with our dear friends and wood fire wizards from Floda at @jernbruket. We developed the recipe and flavour profile to beautifully accompany their smokey miracles and to match the ruggedly-cozy and carismatic vibe of the restaurant. Dry hopped with Chinook and Simcoe.
