Our house pilsner is a franconian-style lager constructed after a trip to Bamberg in 2019. We'd been searching for quite some time for our signature craft-lager and with this beer we believe we nailed it. Our brewers all-time favourite beer!
This brew starts with 50% Pilsner malt and 50% Munich malts for that bread crust flavour and beautiful body and is hopped with Spalter Select from the Tettnang region in Germany. The aroma shines with floral and herbal notes that beautifully dance with the malty flavours of the base.
