When the gastronomic tide in Gothenburg started rising strong towards artisanal burgers we decided to develop the perfect companion for the juicy, fatty, delicious American staple. Burger Beer is a classic American Pale Ale with a light toffee malt backbone and packed with the ever recognisable Simcoe and Citra that together in the Dry hopping bring up flavours of grapefruit, resin and craft beer nostalgia!
