Double mash or die! This beautiful Imperial Stout is a huge challenge to make through the Double mash method but the result is incredible! We used a big variety of roasted malts to have increase the spectrum of dark flavours from tobacco, to coffee and milk chocolate. To make it an even more impressive flavour experience, we added a ton of Swedish Blueberries during fermentation to round up the acidity and leave a back taste of blueberry chocolate pie.
